Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions. Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to Dispensary Associates on proper Patient service approaches and techniques to ensure Patient needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved within Company guidelines and standards. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity. Maintains confidential information, documentation, and assigned records as required. Ensures compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. We currently have Full-Time & Part-Time positions available for leadership and non-leadership roles. You are expected to stay current and knowledgeable about the medicine offered by Harvest and in the industry. 
You must be able to explain the effects of various medicines and products and explain how each one can reduce a patient's symptoms for different ailments.You will spend time with the patient and listen to their needs and concerns and make appropriate recommendations about medicine.
HARVEST CAMP HILL PROFESSIONAL
As a Medical Professional in our dispensary you will be responsible for interacting with and building positive relationships with patients. We are seeking Medical Professionals within the scope of Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, and or Physician Assistant for our new dispensaries in Pennsylvania within the cities of Cranberry Township, King Prussia, and Camp Hill.
